- Dedication of a Project Manager to oversee the building of your home and who acts as your single point of contact
- Recommendations on optimum utilization of building plot
- Liaison with the Architect Draftsperson to custom design a floorplan layout and create rendering visualizations
- Provision of décor options based on client needs, including flooring, fixtures, fittings, etc.
- Assembly of material samples for discussion
- All negotiations/liaison with reliable and capable suppliers
- Regular updates and check-ups to ensure that all work is completed to schedule and in accordance with all building regulations
- Full guidance and communication with the client through each step
- Aftercare maintenance and warranty
